ExCEEd Orphan s.r.o announced that Iva Jez, Blanka Kolaric, Ales Lipicnik, Renata Magnusova, Daniel Malolepszy, Lenka Motkova, Remigijus Petraitis, Vladislav Porkert and Slawomir Rynkiewicz have joined our team in the CEE region.

Croatia
Blanka Kolaric and Iva Jez joined our ExCEEd Orphan Distribution team with different roles.
Blanka Kolaric will have role of Distribution Director. She is a successfull leader and an executive. She is joining us from a strategic role where she was leading CBS functions including Finance, Accounting, HR, Facility Management, IT, Business Development and Marketing as a COO in EY Croatia. She has more than 20 years of experience in Audit, Finance, Accounting and Controlling. She is native in Croatian and fluent in English.
Iva Jez will be as Quality Manager and Responsible Person in our CEE distribution hub in Croatia. She is pharmacist by education, with 4 years experience being a Responsible person for medical devices. Before ExCEEd, she worked as a Deputy manager in pharmacies for Zagreb’s Holding and Atlantic group.. She is a native Croatian speaker, fluent in English.
Czechia
Lenka Motkova joined our team as Commercial Lead East part of Czechia. Lenka has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She worked on different sales positions in pharma innovative companies like Alexion/SwixxBiopharma, Amgen, Bayer and Pfizer. Her areas of specialization and experience are mainly oncology, hematooncology, nefrology and rare diseases. Lenka is Czech native speaker and fluent in English and Russian..
Vladislav Porkert joined our team as Commercial Lead West part of Czechia Vlada is experienced and professional in the pharmaceutical market since 2003, successfully working in pharma original innovative companies such as Pfizer and Novartis. His strenghts include customer orientation, knowledge of healthcare center system in Czechia and open communication. He is a native Czech speaker and fluent in English.
Lithuania
Remigijus Petraitis joined our team as Country Manager Baltics. He is a medical doctor by education with more than 25 years of experience in biopharmaceutical industry. He held various roles in sales, marketing and leadership for innovative companies like Pharmacia & Upjohn, Johnson & Johnson and Amgen. Posses deep knowledge and expertise of Baltics (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) pharmaceutical markets from portfolio commercialisation to the late stages of biopharmaceutical product life cycle. Most recent experience in the fields of nephrology, bone health, cardiovascular and inflammation. Based in Lithuania, native in Lithuanian and fluent in English and Russian.
Poland
Slawomir Rynkiewicz joined our team as Market Access and Medical Manager Poland. He is medical doctor with more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 15 years with rare diseases in Cephalon, Takeda and Recordati Rare Diseases (previously Orphan Europe).Experienced manager in sales, marketing and market access in Poland and CEE region. Driver of successful reimbursement processes in oncology, hematology, invasive fungal infections and metabolic diseases.Slawomir is Polish native speaker and fluent in English.
Daniel Malolepszy joined our team as Commercial Lead West part of Poland. Daniel has 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market including over 14 years in managerial positions in pharma innovative companies like GSK and Biogen. His areas of specialization and experience are allergology, cardiology, oncology, hematology, rare diseases and neurology. Daniel is Polish native speaker and fluent in English.
Slovakia
Renata Magnusova joined our team as Country Manager Slovakia. Renata is a pharmacist by education with more than 25 years of experience in several areas of the pharma industry. For most of her professional life she worked for pharma companies like Wyett and Pfizer where she held senior positions in commercial and marketing. In the past 10 years she has been specializing inthe field of rare diseases, innovative and orphan drugs. During this time, she worked on country position in Slovakia and Czechia for Alexion and Swixx BioPharma company. Renata is a Slovak by nation and she is fluent in English and Hungarian languages.
Slovenia
Ales Lipicnik joined our team as Commercial Lead Slovenia. Experienced pharmaceutical industry professional with scientific background and 13 years of experience working in sales and marketing roles in innovative companies with orphan drugs portfolio, such as Takeda, Alexion and Swixx. Ales brings to ExCEEd Orphan the in-depth knowledge of the Slovenian rare disease environment and strong and consistent orphan drug sales track record, putting Slovenia shoulder to shoulder with EU big 4 markets in sales per capita. Native in Slovenian, fluent in English and Croatian.
