Libor Fronek

General Manager Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland

Successful BioPharma manager with extensive experience overseeing and managing the CEE orphan drugs market over the past 8 years for multiple pharmaceutical companies, including Cephalon, Alexion and Orphan Europe. Libor is a Czech native speaker and is fluent in English and Polish. He is a proud father of three and enjoys playing ice hockey as well as spending time with his family in his free time.


Neven Kolaric

General Manager Croatia, Bulgaria, and North Macedonia

Experienced pharmaceutical industry professional with both a medical and business background, with 10 years of experience in the area of rare diseases and orphan drugs, having worked with various companies, including Octapharma, Alexion and Orphan Europe. He is a native Croatian speaker, fluent in English and Russian. Neven has a son, enjoys skiing, sailing and motorcycle riding.


Srdjan Simic

General Manager Slovenia and Serbia

Experienced BioPharma manager with a scientific background and proven track record in managing multiple markets within the CEE region over the past 10 years for several orphan drug companies, including Celgene, Takeda, Alexion and Orphan Europe. Srdjan is a native Serbian speaker who is also fluent in English, German and Slovenian, and is currently based in Slovenia. A father of two kids, he likes spending time outdoors with his family (which includes two very energic dogs), enjoys trail running, a good book or a documentary and lately also surfing.


Tamas Vas

General Manager Hungary and Romania

A pharmacist by education, Tamas has strong expertise and extensive experience in the area of rare diseases in Hungary and the CEE region. Since 2002 he has worked for different orphan drug companies in the region, including Genzyme, Alexion, Santhera and Amicus Therapeutics. Tamás is a native Hungarian speaker, fluent in English. He is a happy father to a son and enjoys playing sports, going to the theatre and reading in his free time.


Eugenia Milicin

Country Manager Romania

A successful and efficient professional coming with experience of almost 16 years in pharmaceutical industry in companies like Johnson and Johnson, Schering-Plough and Genzyme, working in sales, marketing and medical areas. Working with innovative and orphan products from registration to reimbursement and promotion within Genzyme and having 5 years’ experience in managing Genzyme Romania. Established, administrated and led with great results a Rep office of an international company. Senior leadership focused on achieving the set goals, interpersonal relations and communication. Eugenia is native in Romanian and fluent in English.


Mila Elisseeva

Country Manager Bulgaria

Successful BioPharma executive with medical background and 20 plus years of experience in pharma companies like Pfizer and Sanofi. Long-term professional expertise in market access and commercialization of innovative products in different therapeutic areas – rare diseases, cardiology, neurology, immunology, rheumatology & vaccines. Mila is native Bulgarian speaker, fluent in English and Russian. She loves to spend time with her family and enjoys skiing & sailing.


Zoltan Vilimszky

Project manager Hungary

Zoltan is a pharmacist by education, with 27 years of experience in BioPharmaceutical industry. He has strong expertise in commercialization of biotechnology products in Rare Diseases, Haemato-Oncology, Neurology and Transplantation. Zoltan contributed to reimbursement of several orphan drugs in Hungary during past 15 years. He worked for multiple leading pharmaceutical companies like Roche, Sanofi, Genzyme, Novartis and Merck, mainly in Hungary but also in Romania & Bulgaria. Proud father of two children, he enjoys cooking, riding bikes and reading. Zoltan is a Hungarian native speaker and is fluent in English.


Eva Svobodova-Machajova

Medical Director CEE

A physician and psychotherapist by the education with more than 25 years of experiences in pharma industry and more than 15 years in Medical Affairs at Sanofi Genzyme, Merck and Amicus Therapeutics companies. Eva is a native Czech speaker and she is fluent in English and Russian. She is also a proud mother of three boys, enjoying her free active time together with her family, kids, at the garden and small vineyard.


Ian D. Gane

Business Development

Ian has over 30 years of experience working within the pharmaceutical industry during which time he has worked for five major companies undertaking a wide variety of roles primarily within the fields of Oncology, Virology, Cardiovascular, Renal Medicine, Rare Disease and Global Corporate Brand Strategy.
Since September 2013 Ian has worked as an Independent Consultant and Mentor across several European countries which has enhanced his understanding of the value of cultural diversity within our industry.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, cooking, and taking long walks with his wife and their dogs.





Katarzyna Salewicz-Krajewska

Katarzyna is a senior manager with 20 years experience in pharma industry, possessing broad expertise in medical, marketing and market access areas in innovative Pharma companies like Roche, Novartis and Biogen within fields of Nephrology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Haemato-Oncology and Transplantation. She managedbuilding and executing commercial go-to-market strategies tailored to Polish Healthcare System. Team leader as well as good team member contributor, developing culture focused on aspiration, respect and cooperation.
Katarzyna is a biotechnologist by education as well as Master of Business Administration in Polish Healthcare System; native in Polish and fluent in English.
She enjoys time with her family, western style horse riding, Italian culture as well as exploring Asia countries.


Jakub Skupien

Commercial Lead Poland

An experienced BioPharma manager with proven track record in creating and implementing market access and marketing strategies as well as launching innovative products on the Polish pharmaceutical market for companies such as Janssen-Cilag and Celgene. Working with innovative and orphan products at different stages of their life cycle, from the reimbursement process to commercialization in the hospital market.
Jakub is a native Polish and fluent in English. A proud father of three children, in his spare time he rides a bike, plays tennis, enjoys skiing, sailing and motorsports.
